STEP 1 : Have the Brand, Product Name, Invoice Number, Date of Purchase and Serial Number ready. 

STEP 2 : Contact us by submitting a Support Ticket or by dropping us a call at (65) 6339 0330.

STEP 3 : Our representatives will assist to troubleshoot your item. 

STEP 4 : Should the issue persist, you’ll be advised to bring your item down to our service centre. 

Please note that Diagnostic Fee applies for non warrantied products. As Diagnostic Fee varies according to product, please consult with our technician directly.

Please note that we can only service brands we represent. Please ensure that the product you are enquiring help on are from the brands we carry.
