Having issues with your product?

STEP 1 : Have the Brand, Product Name, Invoice Number, Date of Purchase and Serial Number ready. 

STEP 2 : Contact us by submitting a Support Ticket through the contact form at the bottom of the page or by calling (65) 6339 0330.

STEP 3 : Our representatives will assist in troubleshooting your item. 

STEP 4 : Should the issue persist, you’ll be advised to bring your item down to our service center. 

Please note that Diagnostic Fee applies for non warrantied products. As the Diagnostic Fee varies according to the product, please consult with our technician directly.

Please note that we can only service the brands we represent. Please ensure that the products you are enquiring help on are from the brands we carry.  

We are not specialised and authorised to service brands not part of our portfolio. In such situations, please consult the respective local distributors.
