A 5.1.4 home theatre for a condominium living room, led by Sonus Faber’s Lumina range with Elipson height channels, built in collaboration with interior designers Sumisura to sit within the room rather than announce itself.

The brief

A private client wanted a home theatre for a condominium living room, on the condition that it did not dominate the space. The brief called for a compact system that would sit inside the room’s existing interior design rather than compete with it, done in collaboration with the interior design firm Sumisura.

The system runs a 5.1.4 layout. Sonus Faber’s Lumina range carries the front three channels, with a Gravis II subwoofer for low frequencies and a pair of Palladio Level 5 loudspeakers taking the surrounds. Four Elipson Architect IN IC4 in-ceiling speakers complete the height channels.
