1. Who we are
This website is operated by Absolute Sound Distribution Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore under UEN 199200021G, with its registered office at 190 Clemenceau Avenue, #04-24, Singapore Shopping Centre, Singapore 239924. Our GST registration number is M2-01042160. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, trading as Absolute Sound.

2. About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a product through this website. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order you agree to them.
They do not cover everything. Delivery, returns, exchanges and warranty are set out in our Purchase Policies, and how we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Both form part of these terms.
3. Products and prices
We describe each product as accurately as we can, but images and specifications are provided by the manufacturer and are for guidance. Finishes and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and include GST at 9%. Delivery is charged separately and is set out in our Purchase Policies. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
4. Orders and when a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Any earlier acknowledgement, including an order confirmation email or a payment receipt, is not acceptance.
We may decline an order before that point. Reasons include an item being out of stock, a product being discontinued, our being unable to authorise your payment, or an error in the price or description.
If we discover an error in the price or description before we accept your order, we will contact you, and you may either continue at the correct price or cancel. If we decline an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
5. Products bought by enquiry
Most of what we sell is not bought through checkout. Where a product is listed without a price, or you contact us for a quotation, no contract exists until we confirm your order in writing and you accept the price we quote. These terms apply to that sale once it is confirmed.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our payment provider. We do not store your card details. If your payment is not authorised, we will not be able to accept your order.
7. Delivery
Our online shop delivers within Singapore. Delivery charges, timings and the arrangements for delivery outside Singapore are set out in our Purchase Policies.
Risk in a product passes to you when it is delivered. Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.
We give delivery timings in good faith, but they are estimates rather than guarantees.
8. Returns, exchanges and warranty
Your rights to return or exchange a product, and the warranty that applies to it, are set out in full in our Purchase Policies. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in Singapore.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We supply products for domestic and private use. If you use a product for any commercial or business purpose, we will have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, transport disruption and shipping restrictions. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel your order and we will refund you for anything not delivered.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
