A Condo Function Room Sound System at Pebble Bay
A 7.1 in-ceiling home theatre system for Pebble Bay’s function room, switching between cinema surround and multi-channel stereo for parties, arranged by Absolute Sound following the condominium’s gym project.
The function room’s in-ceiling system, ready for a film night or a party.
The brief
Pebble Bay’s function room is used for everything from birthday parties to movie nights, so it needed a sound system that could work both ways rather than favouring one.
Absolute Sound followed its earlier work on the condominium’s gym with a 7.1 in-ceiling system built into the room, able to run as a surround setup for film or a multi-channel stereo system for a party.
The subwoofer and AV receiver were positioned and concealed, so the room kept its clean look with no visible equipment.
The result gave the function room one system that suits both a quiet film night and a livelier gathering, without swapping any hardware in between.
